Criteria:
For Customer Agent:
Education:
Applicants must have graduate in any discipline/faculty (minimum 3 years‟
duration) from a recognized University with knowledge of basic computer
operations
Experience:
Candidates must have minimum experience of 6 (six) months in any of the areas
of combination thereof, of fares, reservation, Airline ticketing, Computerized
passenger check-in/ cargo handling area with any Airline / Airline Travel
Agency or Ground Handling Agency.
Language
Proficiency: Aspirants should be conversant in
English. Knowledge of Local & Hindi language i.e. ability to understand and
speak is desirable.
For Handyman:
Education: SSC / 10TH Standard Pass.
Experience:
Applicants must have minimum experience of one year in Loading / Unloading
functions in any organization supported by experience certificate.
Language
Proficiency: Aspirants must be able to read and
understand English Language. Knowledge of Local & Hindi languages i.e
ability to understand and speak is desirable.
HEIGHT:
Candidates height must not be less than 160 cms. For Male (Relaxation in height
of 2.5 cms. to SC/ST candidates and candidates belonging from North- East
Region).
Limitation of Age: The candidate’s age must
not be above 30 years.
Relaxation will be given as 5 Years for SC/ST & 3 Years for
OBC Candidates.
Ex-Servicemen will be given age relaxation as per rules
